ST Net provided the National Capital Region-Directorate of Information Management, Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (NCR - DOIM, EOM) at Ft. Belvoir VA the scope of work included an integrated base for information services and support of multiple installations within the National Capital Region and Fort Hamilton in New York State. NCR-DOIM, EOM operates and maintains strategic defense systems. Information Management included all aspects of information technology, including telecommunications, office automation, visual information, records management, and technical reference libraries. ST Net, Inc. provided 30-35 Information Technology, on-site, full-time staff of network engineers, system administrators, user-support, and help desk technicians in support of a reimbursable Help Desk, and Network Operations Center.

Technical Performance: ST Net operated and maintained the network in such a manner to permit the NCR - DOIM, EOM end-user to receive the utmost system availability from the network and end-user equipment components. ST Net received an excellent rating from end-users receiving user desktop support and help desk support. All contract deliverables were provided with high quality and the necessary insight for NCR - DOIM, EOM management personnel to perform critical network and end-user decision-making
