ST Net provides systems engineering and system administration personnel to troubleshoot all desk side and to address all engineering related issues associated with network run by the Army's Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM), System of Systems Integration (SOSI) Division. ST Net performs both systems administration and systems engineering support. ST Net also serves as an advisor for technical questions and proposals and an informative liaison between NCR-DOIM and RDECM/SOSI. ST Net operates and maintains the network in such a manner to permit the RDECM/SOSI end-user to receive the utmost system availability from the network and end-user equipment components. ST Net has received an excellent rating from end-users participating in ST Net training activities and receiving user desktop support and help desk support. All contract deliverables have been provided with high quality and the necessary insight for RDECM/SOSI management personnel to perform critical network and end-user decision-making.
