ST Net serves as the primary systems engineering and administration contractor for the Ground Applications Program Office supporting a server farm of ten Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0 servers. ST Net also serves as the primary administrator for a complex Exchange-based email site consisting of four Exchange post offices. ST Net performs user support and desk-side assistance. ST Net may also perform other information management duties when required. ST Net operates and maintains the network in such a manner to permit the Ground Applications Program Office end-user to receive the utmost system availability from the network and end-user equipment components. ST Net has received an excellent rating from end-users participating in ST Net training activities and receiving user desktop support and help desk support. All contract deliverables have been provided with high quality and the necessary insight for the Ground Applications Program Office management personnel to perform critical network and end-user decision-making.
