ST Net provides DeKalb County with project management, database services, and security support for clients Oracle Financial application and related financial management and business processes.

Database Services: ST Net provides a full range of Oracle database development and administration support which include the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury, Projects & Grants and i-Procurement applications and underlying Oracle database. These services include programming, user management, resource management, performance monitoring and tuning, backup and recovery, and security as characterized in the figure above.

Security Services: ST Net provides a full range of security services as characterized in the figure at the right. ST Net performs a detailed security risk assessment of the Oracle Financial application, Oracle database, and the UNIX operating system using the latest National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards ST Net develops, operates, and maintains the database and web site in such a manner to permit DeKalb County end-user to receive the utmost system availability from the network and end-user equipment components. DeKalb County has received an excellent rating from end-users who have used the ST Net developed database applications and web site. All contract deliverables have been provided with high quality with the necessary insight for E-Com Systems management personnel to perform critical network and end-user decision-making.
