ST Net provided 75 days of training instruction in the full suite of Microsoft Office 2002 applications at Intermediate and Advanced levels for 475 Capitol Hill and AOC support and administrative staff from the House and Senate. The training was customized to meet the client's unique needs and was performed with two classes per day at classrooms located at the client's Washington, DC. Site. ST Net used our proven end-to-end integrated approach solution to respond to this training requirement permitting us to meet the diverse AOC end user community needs while satisfying AOC contract performance, within schedule, and the lowest costs. The tailored AOC training approach, shown in the figure below, focused on tailoring the standard technical training to the AOC environment through our proven "custom teach" concept. This tailored training approach integrated the Microsoft Office 2002 technology, the AOC users' physical environment and current AOC work processes. By using practical exercises honed to the AOC user work environment, the training presentation was greatly enhanced, easily applied and more interesting to the AOC training population. Our life-cycle approach, shown in the figure below begins and ends with the AOC user, with our established training development and execution providing the tools to complete the course. Initially, we identified the training goals and requirements to address the "customer total training population." In the execution of this logical, life-cycle approach, ST Net also provided the necessary technical, management, and quality assurance processes coupled with the necessary support infrastructure to efficiently address the AOC Microsoft Office 2002 Applications training tasks and perform the necessary management oversight, and control as well as any unique reporting required by the AOC contract. ST Net training was well received by training AOC participants and ST Net received excellent ratings from the training attendees who participated in the AOC Microsoft Office 2002 Applications instruction.
